We've been healthy through this very cold and wet winter. The broths really have boosted us on a few occasions. We are also relying less and less on any convenience foods (crackers/cereal/bagels) - this is a huge shift for us. The sweets/junk food was not really our issue but running out of food or still being hungry after just eating was our issue and this seems to be changing. Also, I just seem to have more food in the fridge. These types of foods seem to stretch farther."
